Formado em Medicina pela Faculdade Evang\u00e9lica do Paran\u00e1 (FEPAR) no ano de 1991, fez resid\u00eancia em Ginecologia e Obstetr\u00edcia no Hospital Universit\u00e1rio Evang\u00e9lico de Curitiba nos anos de 1992 e 1993. No ano seguinte, Cequinel partiu para a especializa\u00e7\u00e3o na Europa, no Ospedale Civile de Brescia, na It\u00e1lia, onde, vinculado \u00e1 Universit\u00e1 Degli Studi de Brescia concluiu sua forma\u00e7\u00e3o como especialista em Reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o Humana. Suas experi\u00eancias mais recentes como fellow, para aprimoramento, foram no McGill Reproductive Center, maior servi\u00e7o de Reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o Humana do Canad\u00e1 em Montreal, nos meses de Outubro e Novembro de 2005 e no General Hospital em Tampa\/EUA, com o Dr. David Keefe em Novembro de 2006.<\/p>\n

S\u00f3cio fundador do Embryo, \u00e9 membro titular da federa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira das Sociedades de Ginecologia e Obstetr\u00edcia (FEBRASGO) da American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ARSM), da Sociedade Brasileira de Reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o Humana (SBRH) e da Sociedade Brasileira de Reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o Assistida (SBRA).<\/p>\n
