Esse n\u00e3o \u00e9 um exame de rotina e a decis\u00e3o de fazer a bi\u00f3psia embrion\u00e1ria \u00e9 pessoal, e compartilhada com o m\u00e9dico ap\u00f3s as devidas informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A bi\u00f3psia embrion\u00e1ria \u00e9 indicada nos seguintes casos:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Para o casal em processo de FIV que tem a recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o de realizar uma bi\u00f3psia embrion\u00e1ria, o procedimento ocorre quando o embri\u00e3o est\u00e1 em D5 ou D6, em est\u00e1gio de blastocisto.<\/i><\/p>\n As c\u00e9lulas s\u00e3o retiradas e enviadas para an\u00e1lise gen\u00e9tica em laborat\u00f3rio. Ao chegar o resultado, o m\u00e9dico e o casal decidiram quais embri\u00f5es ser\u00e3o transferidos ao \u00fatero de acordo com as chances de gravidez.<\/p>\n Vale destacar que falhas de implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e abortos de repeti\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser uma indica\u00e7\u00e3o para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma bi\u00f3psia pr\u00e9-implantacional. Por\u00e9m uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica deve ser feita, pois cada casal apresenta suas especificidades m\u00e9dicas.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Sim. A bi\u00f3psia do embri\u00e3o pode ser feita em em embri\u00f5es congelados e procedimento seguro.
